Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Create a fluid marketing action plan to promote our healthcare services to hospitals and healthcare providers and potential clients.
Conduct occasional on-site assessments of potential patients to help navigate their long-term care.
Track admission/discharge and rehospitalization data to understand the diagnosis trends in the industry so that our facility can adjust to serve the highest need.
Skills to organize and plan public events hosting up to 100+ people.
Have basic clinical knowledge of health and well being and the navigation of geriatric healthcare services.
Skills and confidence to speak with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners about the navigation of senior care.
Job Knowledge:
Must be organized and able to manage a full calendar of travel, appointments, and relationship building of key healthcare community contacts.
Knowledgable of technology such as telephone, computer, and tablet (teleheatlh) devices.

Salaried range: $25-$30+/hour depending on experience
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
College education or at least 3 years of related marketing and sales experience is preferred.
Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license.
Must present a positive and professional image of the facility.
Must be capable of performing all essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
