We have an excellent opportunity available in our local market for a qualified banking professional.
Customer Service Representatives build customer relationships by assessing financial needs, explaining the different types of accounts and services available and assisting in the selection of the most appropriate solutions.
You will provide customer service by opening all types of new accounts, researching problems, explaining bank policies and procedures, providing loan and account information and cross-selling bank products and services as well as processing teller transactions.
Required Skills
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, stellar written and verbal communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
You must maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the bank's products and services, along with the applicable regulations and operating systems.
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in customer service work, preferably in a financial environment.
