Customer Account Coordinator

Calico is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to join our team! Under general supervision, this position is responsible for effectively communicating with customers in a professional manner both verbally and written.
Summary of responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
Accurately enter customer orders and other data entry.
Invoice and process payments.
Provide product information, pricing and order status updates.
Inform customer of product availability and production lead-times.
Help customers navigate our website.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure our customers experience is first class.
Take ownership of customers’ orders through the entire process.
Ensure the customer receives what they ordered in the time frame that was committed.
Identify alternative solutions in situations where timeframes or budgets cannot be met.
Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

00 - $41,000.
