* Serves as a receptionist in the front lobby.
Greets visitors, requires visitors sign in, ensures visitors receive a visitor badge & contacts the appropriate contact person to meet the visitor in the lobby.
* Answers telephone and routes phone calls to the appropriate personnel; Performs basic clerical tasks
* Provides secretarial assistance for the Business & Human Services, Capital Administration, & Highway Management departments through routine administrative tasks.
* Prepares reports & correspondence; creates forms, spreadsheets & presentations utilizing a computer & related software (e.
g.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proofreads correspondence.
* Works on special assignments & projects as directed
* other work-related duties as assigned.
